the House:
This
is a Bed and Breakfast in which you occupy the entire house. Your
breakfasts are self-catered from fresh Island foods left at the
beginning of your stay. During your stay of ONE
WEEK or longer,
the owners stay on the property in a separate studio building.
This
two-story home was built in 1989. It contains 2200+ sq. ft. of
inside space. The lower floor includes: 1 bedroom, TV room, bathroom
(W/shower and sauna), sun room, living room,
dining area and kitchen. Upstairs includes bathroom (W/ tub), two
smallish bedrooms and the large master bedroom.
The house faces south and receives plenty of sun in this mild climate.
Decks on two sides of the house afford views of the ocean (tidal
flat) and flower beds. The house is located on 150 feet of low bank tidal
ocean frontage on just over 1 acre. It is about 2 km from the
town of Ganges in a quiet rural location.
Saltspring Island is a fully-serviced community with a population
of about 11,000.
During your stay you have the entire house with all amenities - we
live in a separate studio building.

Conditions:
• $500 payment at the time of booking to hold your booking (fully refundable up to 3 weeks in advance of your visit and later, if we can fill your space).
• full payment (minus initial booking payment) at start of
occupancy
• Occupancy - up to 6 people (surcharge for each
extra person up to 8 total maximum)
• Check-in 4:00 pm, Checkout 11:00 am
• no smoking in house
• We ask that guests treat our home as they would their own

Weekly
(7 nights): Canadian $2050 (Up to 6 people. There will be a
surcharge for any extra persons ($20/person/night) up to 8 total
maximum)
Additional nights - $285/night.
Longer Periods -- Special rates are available for periods of 2 weeks
or longer. Please contact us
for a quote.
Shorter Periods -- Ocassionally, we fill unbooked spaces with a visit of 3-6 days. (Rates: $350/night for 3-4 days or $315/night for 5-6 days).
